Overview

The Quincy Historic Holiday Tour of Homes is a self-guided tour featuring several Quincy homes and historic buildings decorated for the holidays and open for viewing. Only the first floor of tour properties will be open for the tour. 

On the Day of the Tour

The tour is self-guided, you will check-in on Saturday, December 7^th at the Tour Headquarters, Quincy Garden Center, 204 E Jefferson Street, Quincy, Florida, 32351 beginning at 10:00am. Tour brochures with maps and required wristbands will be available on the day of the tour only. 

Parking

There are multiple parking areas near the tour sites, details will be provided in the brochures.  Please do not block driveways.

Know Before You Go

• Tour tickets will provide access to 5 homes.
• Most of the homes are private residences and are only available to tour during the time and day of our event.  We do not reveal the names of the homeowners, nor will we reveal the addresses of homes prior to the tour.
• Tickets are $50 in advance and $55 day-of.
• All sales are final, no refunds
• The tour is an all-weather, rain-or-shine event and there are no refunds for unused tickets.
• All persons who walk must have a ticket – in the form of our brochure & wristband, with which you may enter each home on the tour.  We do not mail the brochures or wristbands prior to the event.
• Accessibility is limited due to the historic nature of the properties.  None of the homes are wheelchair accessible and all have stairs.  Attendees should watch their step around and in all parts of homes.
• You may tour the homes in any order and at your own pace during open hours.  Attendees are not required to visit all of the homes.
• The tour will take about 1.5-3 hours to complete.  From the headquarters to all the homes and back is about 2.0 miles round trip. 
• Depending on the size of the property, the number of people allowed entry at one time will be limited. We do our best to limit the crowds inside the homes.  Please be patient as our volunteers do their best to lead guests through the homes.
• Restrooms will be available only at the Garden Center.  Use of tour home restrooms is not permitted.
• High heel shoes, strollers, umbrellas, photography, smoking, and vaping are not permitted inside tour homes.Photography is only permitted outside the homes.
• No food or drinks, large bags or backpacks are allowed in the homes.
• Pets are not allowed inside homes.
• Please contact Quincy Main Street with accessibility concerns prior to purchasing a ticket.
